Life happens all the time, and we know this. Pure Eco ensures that the products we use carries a warranty.

However, please keep in mind Pure Eco does not participate in the warranty. But… we can point you to the direction of who can.

The merchandise has at least 11+ year warranty through the manufacturer. You must read the details to see if you qualify.

I hired Pure Eco to take care of our rats in the attic. We had a terrible infestation and the insulation was all nasty and smelled so bad. They cleaned the entire attic and sanitized it. Looking for insulation contractors near me wasn't easy. There are so many and they are all good. But Pure Eco came the most professional and their rep was really on point. No pushy tactics as others and super knowledgeable. We have new clean attic and new attic insulation fiberglass R38. They also placed some traps around the attic. Good job and thanks!

Holy cow these guys are good! Jose and his crew were in and out in an hour! BIG bathroom, wall-wall. Very nice and respectful. Small issue got resolved in mins with one phone call to the office. THIS is a successful business formula. Well done!

I had a bad experience with Pure Eco. I contacted them regarding an insulation problem related to my neighbor's garage and smells entering my condo. The specialist suggested sealing the light fixtures as a potential solution, which seemed reasonable, so I agreed to try it despite knowing it might only provide minimal help.

However, my expectations of professional-grade work for the high cost were not met. I've seen videos of sealing companies performing thorough, complex procedures, but when the technicians arrived, they simply applied caulk around the lights and bathroom exhaust, which can be done with inexpensive materials from a store like Home Depot. They spent almost an hour, primarily focusing on visible areas. Upon inspection, I found they hadn't applied anything to the back of the fixtures. I ended up having to do some of the sealing myself with the caulk I already had.

I feel taken advantage of, especially given that I paid almost $2000 for something that could have cost around $100 or less. As a woman, it feels like companies often try to exploit customers. If they had been transparent about their process during the consultation, I would never have agreed to spend that amount of money.

To make matters worse, when I tried to discuss these issues with the lead technician, he was rude and unhelpful. This entire experience has been disappointing, and the customer service was extremely poor.

Thank you Josh for being so great to talk to initially. Very personable and honest, same goes to the actual team (i.e., Mario + friends) who came to do the actual labor. I called multiple insulation companies to get a quote and Pure Eco was the easiest to communicate with and give me a fair price. Their personality and honest communication really went a long way in deciding who to go with to properly insulate our attic. When Mario came, he even went above and beyond to fix a few of our vents that weren’t properly installed and made sure every crack was sealed. They did a great job and even cleaned up well. Thank you Mario and team at Pure Eco!

Armando and the crew did a great job installing air ducts and insulation work. They were very clean oriented professional. He gave me and my wife a tour after the job checking everything. He was very knowledgeable and explained when asked questions. Beni also helped with the project. My wife and I would highly recommend their company Pure Eco Inc. I recommend Armando for the service. He has been in this profession for 10 years.

Those guys are awesome!
I redid my roof and my roofer told me that I don't have insulation in my attic so I looked on Yelp, got some quotes and hired those guys.. They did a fast and clean job with a reasonable price. I highly recommend, thank you David for great service!

Five stars for the entire Pure Eco crew! Sara, who runs the office, answered my many questions with spot on information and good humor, which I appreciated. Jacob came out to look at my home and make smart recommendations about how to proceed with which type of insulation and why. Finally, our foreman Edgar was on top of every little detail from start to finish and took pictures along the way so we could review the progress made. Edgar went way above and beyond to ensure that we felt safe and comfortable with the job he and his crew did at our home. I'd definitely use these guys again!

I found this company on Google, I saw their reviews and decided to give it a try, I did my insulation few month back with this company, during the hot summer days and I figured it’s not enough for me, I consulted with Eric that works for Pure Eco and he recommended me to use that material called Radiant Barrier, in the beginning I was little bit sceptic but he gave me few phone numbers of his customers who installed such product few years back and they highly recommended that type, so I did it and I can’t say enough words in such short review, it’s great and very helpful and cost worthy.

In my attic, I needed the old insulation to be taken out and new insulation to be put in. The staff that conducted the work was fantastic, and the Pure Eco representative did a great job of thoroughly explaining these services as well as the rodent proofing both inside and outside the property. The person in charge kept me informed the entire six hours the job took. With the other two businesses I spoke with, their price was reasonable. I appreciate Pure Eco Inc.

Pure Eco always has the most competitive bid among the 3 other companies I reached out to get the work done. I needed the insulation replaced and my attic cleaned because I had a rodent infestation I called 3 other companies but their bid are outrageous. I tried Pure Eco and decided to go for them as their sales rep was good at explaining what they can do for me for a reasonable price. Did not regret choosing them as they have delivered beyond expectations. Totally worth a 5-star.
