Our thorough cleaning process consists of the following steps:

• Initial Inspection and Walkthrough. Our lead technician will inspect your attic to assess its current conditions and damage (if any). 
• Insulation Removal. Then we remove the old insulation, manually or with a commercial 23-HP gas-powered insulation removal vacuum. To minimize dust and debris exiting the work site, we cover all surfaces. 
• Comprehensive Attic Cleaning. Once the removal is done, we vacuum the attic floor with industrial equipment to remove debris, dust, and pests.
• Sanitizing and Decontamination. Once your attic is cleaned, we sanitize it from bacteria, mold, and odors using a fogger. The products we use are non-toxic and family and pet-safe. At this stage, your attic should be germ-free.  
• Rodent Proofing (Optional): We seal potential entry points to prevent future infestations and protect your attic from wildlife.
• Insulation Installation: It’s possible that your insulation needs replacement. If this is the case, we install energy-efficient insulation of high-quality materials, for more comfort and lower energy bills. 
• Job Site Cleanup. After the attic insulation is complete, we clean up the entire space. All waste, materials, and equipment are removed from the site.
• Post-Job Walkthrough. As our main goal is to deliver a project that surpasses your expectations, the lead technician will conduct a detailed inspection around the house with you to confirm that your property has not suffered any damage.
